Jeebus Cripes, this time last year being in the the construction biz was akin to membership in a leper colony. Why don't boom cycles (HAR, AS IF) happen when I have time for them? I actually had to ingest some caffeine today so as not to drop dead in the middle of submitting a building permit application.
